About the project
Client: Tesco UK
Christmas is the most important period for any retailer as it generates most of the income during the year. I was brought in to Tesco Digital in July to optimise the user experience of their Christmas zone. The task was to analyse what worked and what did not work the previous year to improve the overall UX and UI to increase sales as well as general perception of the brand. The whole project included interviews with stakeholders, working on wireframes and prototypes as well as usability testing.
