About the project
Client: Financial services
This project was a part of a collection of applications that I was asked to improve. I was the lead experience design consultant which involved the whole UX process from initial research, stakeholders management, wire-framing and prototyping as well as final UI delivery. This particular piece of work was focused on understanding of the existing processes and best ways of optimising and automating them. It involved spending a lot of time with different teams and understanding how complex investment decisions and data can be translated into a simple interface. The main challenge was to introduce more of a cross-team work and collaboration as well as finding the real pain points that users had and combining them with business needs.
For the purposes of the confidentiality the final outcome of the project and some information has been changed.
